He regularly leads teacher development courses in various European countries.
He also contributes regularly to ELT publications, is the President of MATEFL (Malta Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language) and in 2014 he was awarded the award in recognition of his contribution to Malta’s ELT industry.
His main research interests are creativity, practitioner research, and teacher education.
